Small gold pendant with sapphire

Handmade small gold pendant made from 9 ct gold. On one side the pendant is set with a 2.1 mm natural untreated sapphire .. the pendant can be worn both ways ... with or without the sapphire showing.
The pendant is hanging on a 45 cm gold chain.
Size is approx. 1.8 x 0.8 cm
