Many of my pieces are in stock, however all pieces are handmade and could take up to 10-15 days for production and shipping. Please feel free to get in contact for inquires about the stock levels of specific items. If you need something for a specific date please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you where possible.

Please select the Royal mail special delivery with insurance for items over £100   at £7.50

All orders, except the option letter, are sent by Tracked and Signed with Royal Mail

Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any tax imposed due to your countries import tax laws. 

RETURNS

If you want to return an item, please contact me on contact@birgitaxters.com with your order number and send back your unworn and undamaged item within 14 days of receiving your order to my return address. On receipt of the returned item, I will issue your refund.

Please note that the cost for returning an item is at the customers expense and is non refundable. 

I recommend returning items by recorded delivery, as I will not be held accountable for any items lost in the post.
